Some experiences may require additional fees payable to third parties, such as entrance tickets to private parks, thermal baths, or other attractions. These costs are not included unless explicitly specified.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Guests may cancel their booking according to the cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking.

In cases of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances that make the experience unsafe, True Azorean Tours reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the activity. Guests will be offered an alternative date or an appropriate refund where applicable.

7. Participant Responsibility

Participants should wear appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for outdoor activities.

Guests are responsible for informing the guide of any medical conditions, allergies, mobility limitations, or other circumstances that may affect their participation.

8. Liability

While every effort is made to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, participation is at the guest's own risk.

True Azorean Tours is not responsible for personal belongings lost, damaged, or stolen during the tour.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
